Shipping | FAQ's

Shipping:

All items will be shipped Priority or First Class USPS. Depending on wether its a pre-order, made to order, or ready to ship all ship times will vary so please check on the item details. Always feel free to send an email with any question!

Each item will be boxed, packed, and taped as safely as possible to ensure a safe arrival. I try to recycle as much as possible so if you do not receive a pretty brand new box just be assured your item inside is no reflection! 

If anything unforseen happens I will notify you A.S.A.P and keep commuination about your order open and informative.

Refunds & Returns:

All items are shipped with included $50 insurance and a tracking number. Once shipped I do not hold any responsibility for lost or damaged items due to shipping. If you'd like to include more insurance with your package please contact me prior to purchase so we can make arrangements accordingly. If you are un happy with your item I do allow a 7 day return period in which the item must be delivered back to my studio no later than 7 days after the day you received your item. Once delivered back to me and inspected, refund will be issued next day. If you have any questions regarding refunds or returns please send a message here and I'll be happy to answer any of your concerns!


Workshops:

Yes, i'm available for hire! If you're wanting to host a macrame class, just send me an email! As the holiday season approaches my availability will become more limited.
