FAQ's

shipping

All items will be shipped Priority or First Class USPS. Depending on wether its a pre-order, made to order, or ready to ship all production and ship times will vary so please check on the item details. Always feel free to send an email with any question!

Each item will be boxed, packed, and taped as safely as possible to ensure a safe arrival. I try to recycle as much as possible so if you do not receive a pretty brand new box just be assured your item inside is no reflection! 

If anything unforseen happens I will notify you A.S.A.P and keep commuination about your order open and informative.

refunds & returns

All items are shipped with included $50 insurance and a tracking number. Once shipped I do not hold any responsibility for lost or damaged items due to shipping. If you'd like to include more insurance with your package please contact me prior to purchase so we can make arrangements accordingly.

 

If you are un happy with your item I do allow a 7 day return period in which the item must be delivered back to my studio no later than 7 days after the day you received your item. Returns are the customers responsibility. Once delivered back to me and inspected, refund will be issued next day. If you have any questions regarding refunds or returns please send a message here and I'll be happy to answer any of your concerns!

Handle & Care

Each macramé piece was made by hand by me with lots of love and attention! Each knot and tassel was thoughtfully laid out and adjusted to be just right. I pack everything as tightly as possible to ensure a safe arrival! Because of the materials used, don't be weary if strings have a few little kinks or curls upon arrival. Different environmental settings, humidity, and travel make things move around a little.  

After receiving your piece in the mail either hang as soon as possible or unwrap and layout to let it start adjusting to its new home. Its ok if you need to tug a little to even it all out (just be very easy on the guy!) Gently comb through tassels but most importantly don't over do it! Over the next days or two after making its journey through mail, it will relax and and get cozy wherever you plan to hang it!
